Role : Recruiter

Location : Hyderabad - Onsite

Experience : Fresher (0–1 year)

What You’ll Do :

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews.

Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals.

Learn and grow in end-to-end recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For :

Fresh graduates (Any discipline – HR, Management, or related fields preferred) or 1 year experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn recruitment strategies and tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
