Job descriptionLead development of both frontend (React / Angular / Vue) and backend (Node.js / Java / Python / .NET) systems. Oversee API design, database schema optimization, and performance tuning. Ensure responsive, user-friendly UI / UX aligned with design and business requirements. Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of engineering excellence. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases on schedule. Drive adoption of emerging technologies to improve system efficiency and customer experience. Identify opportunities to automate and digitize internal processes. Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 7 - 12 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect role. Frontend : React, Angular, or Vue. Backend : Node.js, Python (Django / Flask), Java, or .NET. Database systems (SQL / NoSQL), RESTful / GraphQL APIs. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes). Proven experience in system architecture and designing scalable solutions. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

- Lead system design discussions, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
- Evaluate and implement best practices in cloud architecture, CI / CD, and microservices.
