Job Title : Lead Engineer

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 7 - 12 years

Key Responsibilities :

System Architecture & Leadership :

  • Define and drive the technical architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and internal platforms.
  • Lead system design discussions, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices in cloud architecture, CI / CD, and microservices.

Full Stack Development :

  • Lead development of both frontend (React / Angular / Vue) and backend (Node.js / Java / Python / .NET) systems.
  • Oversee API design, database schema optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure responsive, user-friendly UI / UX aligned with design and business requirements.

    • Team Leadership :

  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.

    • Innovation & Scalability :

  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies to improve system efficiency and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and digitize internal processes.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 7 - 12 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect role.

    • Strong expertise in :

  • Frontend : React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Backend : Node.js, Python (Django / Flask), Java, or .NET.
  • Database systems (SQL / NoSQL), RESTful / GraphQL APIs.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Proven experience in system architecture and designing scalable solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
