• Lead the design, architecture, and development of portfolio monitoring products and features.
• Provide full-stack technical leadership across backend (.NET Core, distributed systems) and frontend (React, financial dashboards) technologies.
• Ensure systems support performance tracking, diversification monitoring, risk assessments, compliance checks, and rebalancing workflows.
• Oversee integration of financial data providers and internal systems into the platform.
• Reverse engineer and refactor legacy codebases where required.
• Manage the engineering team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliveries.
• Mentor and coach team members, driving adoption of best practices and modern engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with investment and compliance goals.
• Drive innovation by leveraging AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles.
• Strong full-stack expertise :

o Backend : .NET Core / C#, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven design.

o Frontend : React, dashboards, data visualization, scalable component libraries.
