Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Full-Time, On-site)

The Role :

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Head Designer to lead the entire design process for our Men's Textile Apparel and Leather Goods (bags, small accessories) divisions. The ideal candidate will possess a sophisticated understanding of luxury menswear, technical knowledge of textiles and leather craftsmanship, and the ability to translate brand DNA into commercially successful and critically acclaimed collections.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Leadership & Strategy

• Define and lead the seasonal creative direction, mood boards, and color palettes for both Men's Apparel and Leather Goods collections, ensuring alignment with the TZÁR brand vision.
• Conduct in-depth market research on emerging trends, fabric innovations, and luxury consumer behavior to inform design strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder & the CEO to set the long-term design philosophy for the brand.
