Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Sales & Business Development Head to spearhead Unistar’s growth journey. The role is focused on new business acquisition , geographical expansion , and leveraging existing client relationships to drive market entry into new regions (land-and-expand strategy). This leader will play a pivotal role in positioning Unistar as a preferred partner in environmental services and EPC solutions, while laying the foundation for a scalable sales and business development function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new business acquisition across domestic markets, with an eye on future international opportunities.
- Expand Unistar’s geographical footprint by leveraging existing accounts and networks to establish presence in new territories.
- Independently build and manage the complete sales lifecycle — from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
- Work alongside business heads to identify cross-selling opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Over time, build and lead a high-performing sales & BD team , setting clear objectives and nurturing talent.
- Collaborate with external agencies or marketing partners when necessary to support BD activities (e.g., exhibitions, campaigns, industry events).
- Maintain robust sales pipelines through structured use of CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), ensuring visibility and accountability across opportunities.
- Represent Unistar at industry forums, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and client relationships.

6–12 years of progressive experience in B2B sales and business development, with mandatory B2B services experience.Demonstrated success in driving growth and geographical expansion .Exposure to industrial, engineering, or services sectors preferred; experience in environmental services / EPC will be an added advantage.MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.Strong track record in building client networks, managing large accounts, and winning new business.Preference for candidates who have worked in large corporations earlier in their career and later moved on to scale sales operations in a growing company.Skills & Competencies
