Manage existing and new IT Projects.
Manage end to end project life cycles, user handholding and post live support
Technical expertise in API

Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases
Coordinating for User Acceptance Testing and closure of defects
Responsible for resolution of queries from users from time to time
Work closely with the development partners
