Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven and analytical Assistant Manager – Operations to join our Hyderabad team. This is an on-ground leadership role managing clinic performance, frontline staff, local marketing activations, and operational efficiency.

We're especially interested in candidates with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), cloud kitchen, F&B, B2C operational experience or worked in similar roles, who are skilled in handling fast-paced environments and using data to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Clinic Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Allo clinics in Hyderabad
• Lead field staff and manage scheduling, training, and task execution
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service quality standards
