Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions (45 minutes + 15 minutes break) aligned with each child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using :DTT (Discrete Trial Training)NET (Natural Environment Teaching)Participate in IEP planning and review with the Program CoordinatorUtilize ABLLS-R assessments to monitor learning and developmental progressMaintain accurate behavior and learning data using MS ExcelAssist in preparing progress reports, goal planning, and documentationBuild strong therapeutic rapport through pairing and reinforcement strategiesCollaborate with senior therapists, educators, and families to support student developmentEducational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Psychology (preferred)Other graduates with strong communication skills are welcomeEnglish fluency is mandatory; Kannada / Hindi / Malayalam is an added advantageHigh levels of empathy, patience, and passion for working with children✅ Required Skills & Attributes
