About the Role

Are you a seasoned Food Technology professional passionate about helping manufacturers scale with the right systems, standards, and technology adoption?

We’re looking for a Freelance Food Tech Expert to support multiple SME projects across India.

🔍 Role Overview

You will work with food processing and manufacturing companies to strengthen their processes, improve compliance, and guide them on technology adoption , quality systems, and operational excellence.

✅ Key Requirements

🎓 5+ years of experience in academics (Food Technology / Food Science background)

🏭 10+ years of hands-on experience in food manufacturing , QA, QC, NPD, HACCP, FSSAI, or production operations

⚙️ Strong understanding of technology adoption , digital tools, and modern food-industry workflows

📊 Ability to diagnose operational gaps and recommend practical improvements

🧪 Experience with food safety, compliance, audits, and end-to-end process optimization

🤝 Comfortable working with SMEs on short-term and long-term consulting projects

🎯 What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments of manufacturing processes

Recommend digital tools and systems for productivity & compliance

Guide teams on best practices in food tech, R&D, and operations

Support implementation across production, quality, and supply chain

Provide expert mentorship to SME leaders and frontline teams
