Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Timing : US CST Shift (9 AM – 5 PM CST) | 7 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST

Working Days : Monday to Friday (Full-Time)

We are building a global enterprise AI brand , and we are looking for a high-creativity, high-speed, multi-skilled Creative Content Designer to create powerful visuals + content for our marketing, website, social platforms, and events.

⭐ ROLE OVERVIEW

We need a hybrid creative who is excellent in :

Graphic Designing

✍️ Content Creation

Branding & Social Media Marketing

You will own all visual + written content for our brand across LinkedIn, X, Website, Email, Ads, and product marketing.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role working directly with founders on brand, strategy, and product storytelling.

⭐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Graphic Design (80%)

Create visually stunning creatives for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Website

Design landing page graphics, web banners, hero headers

Develop flyers, brochures, standees, pitch decks, event materials

Design product feature visuals, flow diagrams, UI mockups

Create marketing videos / reels (basic motion graphics a plus)

Maintain consistent branding across all assets

2. Content Writing & Social Media (20%)

Write social media posts, captions, taglines, ad copy

Create carousels, storytelling threads, product explanations

Draft website content, product descriptions, feature messages

Help with email newsletters & content ideas

Collaborate with founders to simplify AI / SaaS concepts

3. Marketing Support

Assist in campaign visuals, performance creative sets

Create visuals for product launches, events & partnerships

Support sales with PDFs, one-pagers, pitch materials

4. Brand Building

Strengthen LeoRix’s visual identity

Create a consistent style guide

Develop modern, premium-looking visuals that elevate the brand

⭐ REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Graphic Design (Mandatory)

Expert in Canva (must)

Proficiency in Figma (preferred)

Strong portfolio in B2B / SaaS / Tech

Ability to create clean, premium, modern design styles

✍️ Content Writing

Ability to write short, powerful content for LinkedIn / X

Understanding of AI, tech or SaaS concepts

Experience creating storytelling-based carousels

Strong command over English communication

Marketing Skills

Understanding of digital branding

Ability to create high-performing social media assets

Exposure to AI / SaaS ecosystem is a strong plus

Bonus Skills

Motion graphics

Video editing (short-form reels)

Animation

UI / UX awareness

⭐ QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields

2–6 years experience in graphic design + content creation

Past experience in AI / SaaS / Tech companies preferred

Strong creative portfolio required (must share links while applying)

⭐ SHIFT & WORK REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Work From Office – Madhapur, Hyderabad

US CST shift (7 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST)

Monday to Friday

Should be comfortable working independently at night shift
