Lead QA Test Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead QA Test Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience and a strong engineering background. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with customers.

This is a full-time remote role where you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, creating test cases, and performing manual testing as needed.

You will collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality and address any issues identified during testing.

The role involves designing and implementing quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Automation using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, webdriverIO, or Appium.
POSTMAN, API Testing, Mobile Application Testing, Reporting Tools
Proficiency in coding and ability to learn new framework.
Use of APM platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, ELK

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Skills in automation Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, and using and creating Test Cases

Ability to build testing automation framework from scratch and integration with CI / CD pipeline

Proficiency in Software Testing and understanding of Software Development principles

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is mandatory,

Ability to present QA Automation solutions to customers and leadership.

Experience with eCommerce and CRM in an enterprise setting.
