Review of daily accounting
Legal Compliance with applicable laws (Direct tax, Indirect tax, etc.)
Secretarial Compliance
Finalization of Accounts and preparation of financial statements
Cash flow / Fund flow management
MIS reporting
Capital Budgeting
Banking
IND AS compliances

KNOWLEDGE

Accounting

Preparation of Financial Statements

Treasury Operations

Direct and Indirect Tax Laws

Accounting process

Corporate Laws

Legal Compliance

IND AS (Accounting Standards)

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

Communication skill, analytical skills, and observation skills

GST / Commercial Taxation

EXPERIENCE : 3 to 4 years

Qualification : Chartered Accountants
