We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Canadian Tax Specialist. The successful candidate will have experience in Canadian corporate restructuring, amalgamations, succession planning, and GST services.
Main Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advisory services in Canadian corporate restructuring with a focus on amalgamations and succession planning.
- Assist clients in optimizing their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.
- Manage Canada GST services, including guidance on registration, filing, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax and accounting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing business.
Requirements :
