ServiceNOW Engineer

Position : ServiceNow Operational Resilience Management

Location : India (Remote)

Duration : 12 month contract + Extensions + Possible Conversion

Pay Rate : 15LPA- 24 LPA on AOR

Interview Process : 2 Rounds

• At least 6 Years of IT Experience
• Experience with ServiceNow Operational Resilience Management including the 4 modules : Service risk management, continuous monitoring, impact tolerance assessments, scenario analysis
• Experience with Scripting in ServiceNow (Javascript, Java, XML, Angular, Jelly)
• Strong ServiceNow Domain knowledge and understanding of functionality impact on the business

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Operational Resilience Management resource to support their team. The resource will be joining a team as they implement ServiceNow into their environment, specifically IRM, and move away from Archer. This team member will be starting out with ORM and helping with set up, discovery, and strategic direction. This will go hand in hand with the IRM Module work that is happening and then also focusing on some BCM as well. Present day this process is offline so this would be a new process for them - currently no system of record, in documents / excel) and needing scenario analysis or review of documentation today. Will need experience with the 4 ORM Modules : Service risk management, continuous monitoring, impact tolerance assessments, scenario analysis and understanding from a technical as well as domain knowledge to implement properly.
