Coddle is an AI-powered parenting companion helping families track care routines, understand developmental patterns, and get expert-backed guidance when they need it most.

We’ve launched our MVP, parents are already using it daily, and we’re growing quickly. To keep up the momentum, we’re looking for a product-minded fullstack engineer who wants to ship meaningful features that directly improve family well-being.

What You’ll Do

  • Build features end-to-end across our React Native mobile app + Node.Js backend
  • Collaborate with design & product to deliver simple, intuitive experiences for busy parents
  • Shape how our AI assistant interprets, tracks, and recommends care
  • Contribute to architecture, tooling, and infrastructure as we scale
  • Balance MVP speed with long-term quality
  • Work async-first with daily overlap in U.S. Pacific hours (3–4 hrs)

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years building production-grade applications
  • Strong React Native (TypeScript preferred) + frontend instincts
  • Node.Js (Express / Nest.Js), API development experience
  • Bonus : Firebase, Postgres, mobile CI / CD, OpenAI API integrations
  • Full lifecycle thinker : architecture → QA → deployment
  • Clear, proactive communicator in async / remote environments
  • Self-directed and dependable — you move projects forward without constant oversight
