Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and manage multi-channel B2B marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and qualified leads for our IT services. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management for B2B technology solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and oversee the marketing team and all related sub-functions.
- Drive holistic marketing strategies and campaigns to boost website traffic, maximize digital presence, and support sales growth.
- Define KPIs and deliver detailed marketing reports aligned with annual revenue objectives.
- Plan and execute campaigns to consistently achieve annual MQL targets.
- Manage all digital demand generation channels, ensuring optimum performance and ROI.
- Optimize content, messaging, and creative assets for maximum campaign impact.
- Implement digital tactics to increase web traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Strengthen social media presence and identify new opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with competency and sales teams to capitalize on market opportunities and customer insights.
- Lead, mentor, and empower team members to deliver high productivity and exceptional results.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
10+ years of experience as a global B2B marketing leader, with mandatory experience in marketing to the North America market .Proven 5+ year track record in B2B demand generation with strong results in driving qualified pipeline.Demonstrated ability to create and sustain active engagement across social media platforms.Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and lead management processes.Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics (preferred).Exceptional content creation skills tailored to B2B audiences.Proficiency in demand generation channels such as email marketing, social media, paid search, and other digital platforms.
