Role Overview :

Position : Design Lead

Location : Bengaluru

Team : Design

The Skill Set - What You Bring to Bolt.Earth :

• Lead and facilitate collaborative design discussions and strategy sessions with cross- functional teams
• Navigate complex, fast- paced projects and align design efforts with product and engineering priorities
• Run design discovery workshops to surface opportunities, pain points, and innovative solutions
• Execute on design vision while clarifying ambiguity through proactive questioning and problem framing
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders of all technical and non- technical backgrounds
• Expert in tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, Maze, Jira - and quick to adapt to new workflows
• Experience building and contributing to scalable design systems
• Sharp visual design instincts with a strong grasp of accessibility, consistency, and micro- interactions
• Working knowledge of user research and usability testing techniques
• Strong grasp of UX fundamentals : information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping
• Comfortable working with distributed and cross- functional teams across time zones.
