Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving real-world user problems through technology and design. You will own key product areas and drive innovation by working with cross-functional teams, translating user insights into scalable product solutions, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product goals and roadmap for owned modules / features in alignment with business objectives
• Lead discovery, user research, and market analysis to shape product strategy
• Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and customer success teams
• Balance short-term requests with long-term strategic planning
• Analyze product metrics and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements
• Champion agile practices and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery processes
