About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive

System & Network Administrator

to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting system and network infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain

Windows

and

Linux

operating systems.

Manage and troubleshoot

LAN / WAN networks , ensuring minimum downtime.

Handle system setups, hardware installations, and routine maintenance activities.

Monitor system performance and network health proactively.

Provide technical support to internal teams for system and network issues.

Ensure security protocols, system updates, and patches are implemented regularly.

Maintain documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting steps.

Coordinate with vendors or external support teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

in System or Network Administration.

Hands-on experience with

Windows OS, Linux OS, LAN, WAN, and system setups .

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Basic understanding of IT security principles.

Ability to work in a

night shift

environment.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle tasks independently and provide timely resolutions.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of server management or virtualization technologies.

Familiarity with firewall configurations and network security tools.

Exposure to cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
