The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer (6+ years of experience) to help build the core of iksa.Ai’s platform. This is one of our earliest technical hires, someone who can balance hands-on engineering with strategic architectural thinking.

You’ll work directly with our clinical and product teams to design scalable systems, craft clean APIs, and bring AI-powered clinical workflows to life. More than anything, you’ll shape the technical DNA of a product that’s already proving its impact in real-world healthcare.

What You’ll Do

As a founding engineer, you’ll be deeply involved in building iksa.Ai’s core platform, the connective tissue between healthcare data, AI, and clinical workflows. You’ll own end-to-end development of major components at its 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 product journey, so it is critical to have fair knowledge on the overall operations
