Job descriptionClient Onboarding & Project Management Lead kickoff meetings, define implementation plans, and manage timelines. Act as the primary point of contact during client implementations. Agent Configuration & Deployment Configure and customize AI Agents (e.g., Member Concierge, Collections, Click2Save) based on client workflows. Deploy agents across web, mobile, and omnichannel touchpoints. Coordinate with product and engineering to resolve technical blockers. Integration Management Oversee integrations with MRMs, CRM, payment gateways, and scheduling tools. Ensure smooth data flow between client systems and OMAP. Client Training & Handover Deliver training sessions to client teams on self-service dashboards and analytics. Provide documentation and SOPs for ongoing agent management. Performance Tracking & Optimization Define success metrics (e.g., reduced cancellations, collections recovered, improved member engagement). Monitor analytics dashboards to validate outcomes post-launch. Recommend optimizations for continued ROI. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, enterprise onboarding, or customer success. Strong project management skills (Jira / Asana or equivalent). Technical fluency in SaaS integrations (APIs, CRMs, MRMs, payments). Experience working with AI / automation products (preferred). Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple priorities. Opportunity to shape the category-defining AI platform in fitness.
