Plant Manager

Seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to lead operations within the site. The role involves driving productivity, quality and profitability through lean methodologies, robust preventive maintenance systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities :

Providing overall leadership to the plant, overseeing production strategy and operational alignment

Implementing zero-defect systems and achieving on-time delivery targets

Leading cost-reduction programs and Kaizen activities

Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, quality, supply chain and engineering teams

Ensuring compliance with Quality and Environmental Management System standards and ESG protocols

Building and developing high-performing teams with clear succession planning

Driving performance management systems and maintaining strong industrial relations

Qualifications :

Mechanical Engineering degree

10+ years in manufacturing industry, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Strong expertise in lean manufacturing processes
