We’re looking for someone who lives online, understands what Gen Z resonates with, and can turn ideas into viral campaigns, ads, and growth experiments.

This role is for creative thinkers, culture nerds, meme lovers, storytellers, and growth hackers —not just marketers.

Role Overview

You’ll drive creative growth initiatives across social, ads, content, and experiments. The focus is on ideas → execution → data → iteration. Not slides.

You’ll work closely with founders, product, and design to create narratives and campaigns that get

people talking and downloading.

What You’ll Do

• Brainstorm and execute creative ad campaigns for Instagram & short-form platforms
• Turn cultural moments, memes, financial trends & Gen Z behaviour into content
• Run fast experiments across copies, hooks, formats, landing pages, influencers, and loops
• Track and optimise campaign performance across channels
• Ideate growth hacks and viral loops beyond paid marketing—referrals, content, community
• Work with design teams to translate ideas into high-quality creatives
• Build insights from data, cohorts, and user behaviour
• Constantly research what’s working at leading tech & culture-first brands globally
