The Role

We are seeking a results-oriented PPC Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on management of our Google Ads and / or Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) accounts.

Your primary goal will be to drive qualified traffic, increase online sales, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) to fuel e-commerce revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management : Plan, create, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, Search) and / or Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • E-commerce Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for e-commerce KPIs, including bid management, budget allocation, audience targeting, and A / B testing of ad copy and creative.
  • Audience & Keyword Research : Conduct in-depth audience analysis and keyword research to identify new opportunities and refine targeting for transactional intent.
  • Ad Creative : Write compelling, product-focused ad copy and collaborate with design teams to develop high-converting creative assets.
  • Tracking & Reporting : Implement and manage e-commerce conversion tracking (e.G., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) to ensure accurate sales and revenue data collection.
  • Analysis : Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights focused on ROAS and revenue growth in regular reports.
  • Budget Management : Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and pacing to meet revenue targets.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns that directly drive e-commerce sales.
  • Deep expertise in EITHER Google Ads OR Meta Ads is required.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, bidding strategies, and ad formats (especially Google Shopping / P-Max and Meta DPA).
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make decisions that impact revenue.
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting high-converting ad copy.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) :

  • Experience in BOTH Google Ads and Meta Ads is a significant advantage.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
  • Experience with other PPC platforms (e.G., TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads).
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and e-commerce feed management.
