Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Ads & SEO Manager to develop, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. This role requires expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and strategic, ensuring maximum ROI while boosting our brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities :
Advertising & Campaign Management :
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies, with a primary focus on Meta Ads, while also leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make improvements.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and A / B testing strategies.
- Manage budget allocation and spend efficiency to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Generate regular performance reports with key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Test and implement new advertising techniques and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
SEO & Website Optimization :
Implement SEO best practices across all company websites to enhance organic reach, visibility, and search engine rankings.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page & off-page SEO strategies to improve website authority and traffic.Optimize landing pages, content, and user experience (UX) to improve conversion rates.Monitor website analytics and provide insights on improving performance.Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content and ensure alignment with marketing goals.Market Research & Strategy :
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform algorithm changes to refine strategies.Conduct market research to understand audience behavior, competitor strategies, and potential advertising opportunities.Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align ad and SEO efforts with overall business objectives.Requirements & Qualifications :
Proven experience in digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).Strong expertise in SEO strategies, Google Analytics, and search engine algorithms.Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.Proficiency in ad management platforms, audience targeting, and performance tracking.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Creative mindset with experience in ad copywriting and A / B testing.Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.What we offer :
