What you will be doing : Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot AC / DC power boxes and small electrical assemblies for semiconductor equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into deposition and etching tools.
- Create and review electrical schematics, layouts, and technical documentation using CAD tools.
- Work on electrical system performance, reliability testing, and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide support for controller selection, integration, and programming in semiconductor tools.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in prototypes and fielded equipment.
- Evaluate and source electrical components while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in semiconductor equipment design and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.6+ above years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry, particularly in deposition and etching tools.Hands-on experience with AC / DC power boxes, power supply systems, and small electrical assemblies.Strong understanding of industrial controllers (e.G., PLCs, microcontrollers) and their integration into equipment.Proficiency with electrical CAD tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or similar.Familiarity with troubleshooting tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power analyzers.Knowledge of electrical safety standards and compliance (e.G., CE, UL).Experience with analog and digital circuit design.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Preferred Skills :
Experience with FPGA or embedded programming.Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment operation.Exposure to high-voltage and high-current systems.What We Offer :
