HR Intern

to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in HR functions, working in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition :

Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to find the best talent for our growing team

Employee Engagement :

Help plan and execute fun team activities, celebrations, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

HR Operations :

Support in maintaining employee records, onboarding processes, and other administrative tasks

Policy Development :

Collaborate on drafting and implementing workplace policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

A proactive, energetic individual with a keen interest in HR and people management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Prior exposure to HR (through internships or coursework) is a plus

Students from Delhi University (DU) will be preferred
