  • Key Responsibilities.

    • Lead the regional sales team to drive sales targets as assigned by the commercial leader.
    • Ensure smooth operations and optimal performance across the sales channel, including dealers / distributors.
    • Identify and onboard new channel partners / dealers to expand market reach and drive business growth.
    • Set clear targets for primary and secondary sales while aligning channel partners to achieve these objectives.
    • Build and nurture partnerships with partners, interior designers, and architects to promote products and achieve business goals.
    • Plan and execute demand generation activities such as promotions, product launches, and customer engagement events to drive sales growth.
    • Optimize retail operations to enhance customer experience and improve store performance metrics.
    • Analyze geographic clusters to identify customer segments and develop focused strategies for targeted marketing.
    • Enable implementation of visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and appeal in retail locations.
    • Establish and maintain high standards of in-store hygiene and organization to improve customer experience.
    • Lead and manage a high-performing team by setting clear goals and monitoring progress through lead and lag indicators.
    • Use performance metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness and refine strategies for business success.
    • Conduct training sessions to equip the team with knowledge and skills for promoting and selling new product launches effectively.
    • Qualifications.

    • Years of Experience : at least 12 years.
    • MBA / PGDM (preferred).
    • Strong understanding of business.
    • Financial and commercial acumen.
    • Stakeholder Management.
    • Commercial Savviness.
    • Solution oriented Problem Solving.
    • Team Skills & Influencing.
