Job Description :
1. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential and existing recruitment / placement partners.
2. Identify and build long-term relationships with corporate partners who's hiring needs align with the organization's talent pool.
3. Source job and internship opportunities for students / alumni through job platforms and direct outreach.
4. Manage the full placement lifecycle : matching candidates to opportunities, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers and onboarding.
5. Manage operations of placement-linked programs
6. Produce regular reports and dashboards to track progress of corporate partnerships, placement pipelines, conversion rates, and employer engagement metrics.
7. Monitor labour-market and industry hiring trends to anticipate demand and align candidate readiness accordingly.
8. Assist with outreach campaigns, proposals, and presentations to prospective partners, supporting employer-engagement and outreach efforts.
9. Coordinate with internal teams (training, student services, outreach) to ensure students / alumni meet employer expectations.
Job Requirements :
1. 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Talent Acquisition or HR
2. Strong experience in managing stakeholder relationships and coordination
3. Understanding of corporate recruitment ecosystem
