Key Responsibilities :

Drive the brand activation business by defining strategy and providing purpose to all product verticals, undertaking business development to increase market share and creating a culture which fosters high performance and creativity.

Business planning and strategy

Business planning, sales forecasting and development of go-to-market strategy / plan

Market intelligence – understanding trends and competition review to enhance business opportunity through prospective clients

Evaluating new opportunities to ensure focus on the best opportunities

Leadership and direction for continuous growth and development of West region business

Strategic planning, budgeting, and business forecasting for the region

Creating a strategy for maximizing market share

• Target allocation to the teams;

client mapping and making strategy accordingly

Understand Market intelligence, trends, and competition review

Business development

Existing client development- developing and managing relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders in order to increase the share of pie

Conduct regular research on existing and prospective clients for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.

Ability to create and develop briefs, proposals, and presentations to ensure conversion of opportunities to business.

New client acquisition - develop and leverage external / potential relationships to create new business opportunities

Deliver top-line and bottom-line business targets through the above

Drive cross-regional collaboration to leverage synergies across business units for enhanced market penetration.

Process management

Development, communication, and implementation of business processes, systems, and best practices in the region

Continuously educate, supervise, develop and guide the team in terms of preparation of creative presentations and credentials (Element Sheet, Detailing Element Costs, and Concept Note) for client pitches to ensure client business acquisition and ensure that clients are aware of the various offerings and solutions provided by Wizcraft.
