Job description

We are looking for a skilled AI / ML Developer with hands-on experience in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and a strong foundation in machine learning and generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent systems that leverage contextual modeling and protocol-driven architectures to enhance AI performance and scalability.

Work Location : UK

Key Responsibilities :

Model Context Protocol (MCP) :

  • Design and implement MCP-based architectures to manage context-aware AI workflows.
  • Develop protocols for model interaction, chaining, and orchestration across services.
  • Ensure consistency and traceability of context across model executions.

AI / ML Development :

  • Build and train ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Work on NLP, computer vision, or tabular data problems depending on business needs.
  • Fine-tune and deploy LLMs using platforms like Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, or LangChain.
  • Implement MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management.

    • Cloud & Integration :

  • Deploy models and MCP workflows on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Integrate AI services with enterprise applications via APIs and microservices.
  • Optimize model performance for latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with experience in ML libraries.
  • Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Understanding of MCP principles and context-aware model design.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Exposure to enterprise AI use cases in BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
