Job descriptionLead Generation & Qualification : Identify and qualify high-potential B2B prospects through cold calling, personalized email outreach, and engagement. Appointment Setting : Conduct qualification calls to understand client needs and schedule meetings for the senior sales team. Lead Nurturing : Execute personalized follow-up sequences to maximize lead-to-appointment conversions. Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting and revenue goals. Pitching & Value Communication : Articulate our value propositions confidently and handle early-stage objections. CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate activity logs, lead data, and pipeline updates using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar field. 1–2 years of inside sales / lead generation experience (internship experience also considered). Familiarity with CRM systems, Sales Navigator, and lead-gen tools like Apollo / ZoomInfo. Strong communication, negotiation, and email outreach skills. Highly driven, target-oriented, organized, and adaptable. Ability to build rapport quickly and drive conversations confidently.
