- Connect with jobseekers via LinkedIn, calls, emails, and messages .
- Share information about our services and guide candidates through the onboarding process .
- Build strong relationships with jobseekers and maintain their trust.
- Keep records of your outreach and ensure smooth communication.
- Work closely with the team to achieve your daily / weekly / monthly targets .
