Experience in M&A, PE, Gen Corp is preferred

4-6yrs PQE in a law firm is mandatory

Work involves drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on legal and regulatory compliance, handling mergers and acquisitions, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Play a crucial role in risk management and intellectual property matters

Contract Management :

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, including employment agreements, commercial leases, and merger agreements.

Corporate Governance :

Providing advice on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Mergers and Acquisitions :

Assisting with due diligence, negotiation, and legal compliance in mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.

Compliance :

Ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Risk Management :

Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with business operations.

Intellectual Property :

Managing trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights.

Staying Updated :

Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company
