  • Infrastructure Core Products (ICP) - Global Network Services (GNS) is responsible for the engineering, development, and operation of DB’s Group-wide network for all areas of the Bank. GNS supports all aspects of network infrastructure in over 2500 offices in 50 countries.
  • NCT will be responsible for complex network deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and high network availability. The individual should not only be technically sound but also passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and driving meaningful change.

  • Your key responsibilities

  • Execute deployment of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems across multiple sites
  • Deploy identified automated network solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve network design, optimize performance, and reduce latency
  • Document deployment procedures, network diagrams, and configurations
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Your skills and experience

  • Up to 2 years of experience with working in a corporate global network environment, ideally with financial institutions
  • Understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, VXLAN, etc.)
  • Experience with hardware from Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions constructively and influence change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess learning agility, innovation, and a proactive mindset
  • Good to have-Exposure to Infrastructure as a code and keenness to learn itWorking knowledge of network automation tools and scripting languages like YAML, JSON, or PythonWorking knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git
  • Certified technical engineer (typically Cisco CCNA or comparable)
  • The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends due to business requirements
