Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior HR Executive at our manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, specifically in the Ambli Bopal area. The Senior HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR management and operations, implement HR policies, and foster employee relations within the organization. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining employee records, managing recruitment processes, and supporting organizational development. The selected candidate will collaborate with various teams to create a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience and knowledge in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)

Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations to support a cohesive workplace culture

Familiarity with creating, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing HR tasks

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations is an advantage

Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred

Employee Grievances, Engagement, Picnic, Cross Training, Himmatnagar Gujarat 1 visit per week factory, Biweekly video call Marketing and Sales Team Progress monitoring, Quaterly in person Sales Budget and Target meeting set.

Focus areas, RECRUITMENT, SALES MANAGERS MEET AND BUDGET, FACTORY MANAGEMENT BY WEEKLY 1 VISIT TO HIMMATNGAR, GRIEVANCE, ONE ON ONES, POLICY IMPLEMENTATION AND FOLLOW.
