Role Overview :
Looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing campaigns and brand visibility across our conferences, events, and media platforms . This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in marketing for B2B agencies or organizations managing high-impact conferences and client events .
The candidate will work closely with the Founder, owning end-to-end execution of campaigns while contributing creative strategies to position the entity as a trusted brand among CXOs and IT, cybersecurity decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for B2B events and conferences (Webinars, CXO Meetups, and Partner Events).
- Lead marketing activities across social media, WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns , with a strong focus on and YouTube marketing .
- Create creative content for event brochures, web pages, project campaigns, magazines, articles, and other collaterals to drive brand visibility, ensuring alignment with the overall brand vision and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the monthly social media content calendar .
- Manage client relationships by understanding their brand guidelines, project requirements , ensuring timely deliverables, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Support the outreach team in getting C-level executives to attend and keeping relationships strong.
- Manage the in-house designers, editors, and partnership teams , providing the right content and direction for impactful promotions.
- Manage and guide team members , ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate with external vendors (gifting, production, and others) to deliver creative, high-quality experiences for clients and event audiences.
- Track campaign effectiveness , optimize based on insights, and prepare performance reports.
- Prepare and present a monthly marketing report highlighting success metrics and improvement areas.
- Support the Founder in strategic initiatives while independently owning assigned campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Strong understanding of B2B space.Prior experience in marketing for events / conferences targeting any C-level executives.Proven ability to run campaigns across , YouTube, and other social media.Existing industry connects with C-level professionals is a strong advantage.A creative mindset with the ability to coordinate with vendors and deliver unique client experiences.Top Skill Sets :
