Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing large volumes of data, maintaining data quality standards, and supporting administrative processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Accurately and efficiently input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
  • Review, verify, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational data security policies.
  • Organize, update, and manage process trackers, reports, and physical documentation.
  • Support data cleaning, validation, and deduplication initiatives to improve data quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and enhance accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative / data management role.
  • Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve errors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word .
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with specialized data entry or database management software.
  • Knowledge of data validation, cleaning, and quality assurance techniques.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and professional presentation preparation in PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
