About the Role :
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and executing marketing activities, supporting proposal and contract processes, and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
A. Marketing & Proposal Coordination :
Act as the main contact point with clients and internal departments for marketing activities and proposal coordination.Check and manage daily incoming / outgoing emails, ensuring all correspondence is properly recorded and tracked.Promptly inform the responsible person of any updates, new requirements, or changes received from clients, ensuring timely action.Prepare, process, and track documents such as NDAs, EOIs, prequalification forms, and other client requirements.Support the preparation, formatting, and submission of proposals, including follow-up on bidding status.Maintain and update marketing materials (company profiles, brochures, presentations) and coordinate with designers for consistent branding.Conduct market research and provide input on potential opportunities for growth.B. Visitor & Guest Coordination :
Arrange schedules, logistics, and special requirements for clients and guests visit.Prepare, giving present and deliver company presentations.Coordinate meeting facilities, transportation, catering, and event arrangements.C. Reports & Meetings :
Prepare and update weekly marketing and bidding reports.Organize and facilitate meetings, including invitations, meeting room arrangements, online links, and note-taking (MoM).Generate and analyze reports as assigned.D. Administrative Support :
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Department.Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the manager.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or support role (experience in proposals / bidding is an advantage).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Good command of English (written and spoken), minimum TOEIC 600 or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva) is an advantage.Confident presentation skills, including the ability to present in English to clients and guests.Team player with a customer-oriented mindset.Fresh graduates with strong English proficiency are also welcome to apply.Benefits
