3. Use advanced negotiation skills to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
4. Lead major procurement projects to secure competitive pricing and supply chain stability.
5. Understand import / export customs procedures.
6. Help optimize procurement processes and KPIs.
7. Work with cross-functional teams on category management and procurement strategies.Requirement1. Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, engineering, business, finance, or related fields.
2. At least 6 years of procurement and supply chain experience; experience with instruments, IT equipment, and components is a plus.
3. Strong negotiation, market assessment, cost analysis, and stakeholder management skills; able to work independently.
4. Proficient in SAP.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and adaptable.
