Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Delivery :

  • Lead end-to-end SAP project implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors) for seamless SAP integration.

Solution Design & Configuration :

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective SAP solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP modules based on client / business needs.
  • Ensure system design aligns with best practices, scalability, and compliance standards.

    • Team Leadership & Mentorship :

  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and developers.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

    • Stakeholder Management :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders on SAP-related initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and status meetings with stakeholders.

    • Quality & Performance Assurance :

  • Ensure SAP systems are secure, high-performing, and compliant with organizational standards.
  • Oversee testing, issue resolution, and change management processes.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.

    • Innovation & Continuous Improvement :

  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies (S / 4HANA, Fiori, Cloud solutions).
  • Recommend process improvements, automation, and new SAP functionalities.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives through SAP innovations.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8- 10 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Proven track record of leading full lifecycle SAP projects (implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade).
  • Strong expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g, SAP FI / CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or Basis).
  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA and Fiori applications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

    • Good to Have :

  • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-hosted SAP solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in SAP projects.
  • Exposure to emerging SAP technologies like SAP BTP, SAC, and RPA tools.
