Requirement Analysis & User Stories : Collaborate with the on-site Product Manager and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, actionable, and testable user stories in Jira.Team Collaboration : Serve as the main point of contact for both offshore technical leads and on-site developers, providing real-time clarifications and unblocking the team.Sprint Readiness : Lead backlog grooming sessions to ensure stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.Progress Tracking & Communication : Maintain clear and proactive communication with on-site and offshore stakeholders regarding delivery status, risks, and key decisions.Quality & Execution Focus : Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and are aligned with defined timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.Scope & Decision-Making AuthorityScope : Primary focus will be on a specific product or feature module within a larger web portal ecosystem.Authority : Empowered to make tactical decisions on story prioritization, sprint scope, and refinement of functional requirements within the defined roadmap and vision.Required Qualifications :
2–4 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or hybrid role in Agile software development.
Experience managing product backlogs and writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum practices and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work across distributed teams.
Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, or other Agile collaboration platforms.
Preferred Qualifications :
Scrum certification (CSPO, PSM, or equivalent).
Experience working on web portals or SaaS platforms.
Exposure to cloud-native application architecture using AWS and understanding of API, database, and MQTT-based messaging systems.
Prior experience working in a distributed global team setup.
