Job description

Role : Delivery Head – AI & Robotics Solutions for Manufacturing

Job Location : Pune

Required Qualifications :

  • Education :  Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field. An MBA or equivalent experience in senior leadership is strongly preferred.

Experience :

  • 12+ years of experience in project delivery and operations within AI, robotics, or industrial automation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale, high-impact projects in manufacturing or related industries, with an emphasis on AI and robotics integration.
  • Deep understanding of quality assurance, system integration, and risk management in complex technical projects.

  • Leadership :  Strong track record of building, mentoring, and managing high-performance, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Expertise :  Comprehensive knowledge of AI, machine learning, robotics, edge computing, and related technologies, with a strong grasp of integration challenges.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :  Strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Financial Acumen :  Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking related to project delivery.
  • Project Management and Quality Certifications :  Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile) and quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are highly valued.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Programming Languages :  Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or other languages commonly used in AI and robotics development.
  • AI & Machine Learning :  Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Robotics :  Familiarity with robotics frameworks like ROS (Robot Operating System), and experience with robot control systems and kinematics.
  • Cloud Computing :  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and scaling AI and robotics solutions.
  • Big Data Technologies :  Knowledge of big data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka for handling large-scale data in manufacturing environments.
  • IoT and Edge Computing :  Understanding of IoT protocols, edge devices, and edge computing paradigms for real-time data processing in manufacturing settings.
  • Version Control & CI / CD :  Proficiency with Git and CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions for managing code and automating deployments.
  • Data Visualization :  Skills in using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js to present insights from AI and robotics systems.
  • Database Management :  Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases for managing diverse data types in AI and robotics applications.
