We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer. We want builders who love ambiguity, speed, and ownership. Build the rails for secure AI. In the next 6 months, what you ship with our CTO becomes our technical DNA, and what our customers rave about.

What you’ll do

  • Ship end-to-end features across React / Next.js → Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask) → Postgres
  • Prototype new agent capabilities and get them to users in days, not weeks
  • Wire up LLMs, vector stores, RAG, toolchains to orchestrate autonomous workflows
  • Own the full SDLC : architecture → implementation → tests → CI / CD → maintenance
  • Raise the bar : code reviews, engineering standards, mentor future hires / contractors
  • Build with the founders; your voice shapes product and platform

What you bring

  • 2+ years shipping production software with real ownership
  • Strong Python and SQL / Postgres (schema design, migrations, query tuning)
  • A portfolio / GitHub that shows end-to-end delivery
  • Hands-on with AI agents / tooling (LangChain, semantic search, RAG, task runners)
  • Comfortable with Cursor / Copilot or similar accelerators
  • Startup mindset : bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, fast shipping
  • Willing to go all-in when mission >
