Assistant Admissions Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a person to be a part of our admissions department to lead the student recruitment effort for the hospitality, culinary, design and business programs. Unlike a typical admissions role, this position requires a focus on service orientation, a systematic approach to support the expected growth and strategic planning in anticipation of the future requirements.

In a broad sense, the role requires use of technology to have a proactive, rather than a reactive approach. Since we are a dynamic organisation, Vedatya is an ideal place for anyone who enjoys being challenged with a breadth of activities and are self-managers. Responsibilities

• Advice students / parents about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved
• Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies
• Coordinate interviews for applicants with faculty
• Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails
• Participate in open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events (within NCR and non-NCR locations)
• Use the existing CRM to update student information, telephone logs and student feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required
