Chartered Accountant (Legal and Regulatory Affairs)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant (Legal and Regulatory Affairs) mainly Company Laws located in Nagpur. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for regulatory compliance, financial reporting, auditing, taxation, and risk management. The role involves ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards, preparing and submitting financial statements, and collaborating with legal teams to manage any financial disputes or issues.

Qualifications

CA Qualification is required

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, legal standards, and financial reporting

Expertise in auditing, risk management, and taxation

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working in the education sector is a plus

Location : Nagpur
