Roles and Responsibilities-

• Inspecting and diagnosing problems.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed and report any issues to management.
• Collaborate with other departments and team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicating existing and potential issues with your supervisors most often maintenance manager or facilities manager.
• To check the Cleaning and maintaining facilities.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
• Following safety measures and policies.
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.
• Check functionality of safety systems.
