Job Title : Partner Solutions Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Support
- Guide partners through API integration processes (Job Postings API, reporting APIs, XML ingestion).
- Respond to support queries via Zendesk using predefined playbooks.
- Troubleshoot API errors, analyze logs, and identify root causes.
- Technical Tasks
- Use tools like Postman, curl, and command-line utilities for API testing.
- Perform configuration tasks in LinkedIn’s internal systems.
- Assist with certification by reviewing partner implementation videos against test cases.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Manage multiple customer threads simultaneously.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the full-time program owner when necessary.
- Maintain clear, empathetic communication with customers.
