Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for regional ABP of self and dealers.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals for Spares & services.
- Follow up with customer and conversion in order.
- Attending spare and service review meetings and maintaining a SFDC, Sales portal
database.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly after-market services and spares targets.Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for meeting the targets.Collaborating with sales & service team to align the actionsCollect, analyse information and prepare data for better selling of spares & servicesMaintaining customer connect and cross functional team interaction in case ofcomplaints
Imparting training to new dealer recruits and customer introductionsDeveloping good business relations with customer and getting repeat businessAdministration & management of dealersKey account managementCOMPETENCIES FOR THE JOB
