Model-Based Development (MATLAB / TargetLink)

Location : Chennai, India

Education : B.Tech – Computer Science / Electronics

Experience : 5–7 Years (Automotive Domain – Powertrain / Model-Based Development)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Model-Based Development with strong experience in MATLAB (Simulink / Stateflow) and Auto Code Generation using TargetLink. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AUTOSAR 4.x, Vector DaVinci tools, and a solid understanding of powertrain system requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Model-Based Development using MATLAB (Simulink / Stateflow)
Requirement analysis, design, model development, unit testing (MIL / SIL), and functional testing
Perform Auto Code Generation using TargetLink toolchain
Support cross-functional software domains and ensure compliance with ASPICE / CMM guidelines
Configure and work with AUTOSAR 4.x projects using Vector DaVinci Developer
Debug and analyze static code using Polyspace / MISRA standards
Work closely with teams across different geographical locations

Technical Skills :

MATLAB / Simulink / Stateflow

Auto Code Generation – TargetLink

MIL / SIL Testing & Static Analysis (Polyspace / MISRA)

AUTOSAR 4.x Application Layer, Vector DaVinci Developer / Configurator

Embedded C Programming

Knowledge of Automotive Software Development Process (ASPICE / CMM)
